StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Boston, Massachusetts

The company has a social gathering once a month to get people together and mingle since agents aren't always in the office. It's a good time to get to know everyone, however things aren't always well communicated about when and where the event is happening.

Their values aligned with mine, and they had prayer at social events, and things of this nature. Very family oriented gatherings.

  • Sep 08, 2016

KWR is a very social and charitable organization.

  • Jun 21, 2016
StarStarStarStarStar Current Director in Austin, Texas

Multiple family events each year: Halloween, holiday, two summer events.

  • May 16, 2016
StarStarStarStarStar Former Real Estate Agent in Albuquerque, New Mexico

The social events were fun and an opportunity to get to know other agents in the company. The coordinating staff could have done a better job as often many of the fun places were ignored because they felt that agents would not attend because they were in parts of town that were not as centrally located.
