Keller Williams University provides the latest in real estate training to its employees.
Tons of training, plus they have the opportunity to attend classes and national conferences to further develop your skills.
They offer a lot of training, but some of it is really aggressive sales techniques that no one should ever use.
I learned a lot in this position but most of it was because I had to learn almost everything about real estate practices and law on the fly as well as how to market a brand and develop a website. They did sponsor my licensing, however, I did not sign on with them to become a Realtor.
The best of the best work at KW, The best remains the best because of relentless training.
Great training and resources.
KW wants you to succeed so they make sure to give you everything you need. Leads, training, open door policy for help in a sale, the works.
It's great for new agents, but there isn't a lot of variety to the classes offered so if you're looking for something that isn't within their realm of 3 options you typically need to look outside the company directly.
As I said before they are dedicated to making sure you have all the tools needed to make money in the real estate market.
everyone was very professional and the professional development was really good
extensive development programs geared towards making any and all agents better
