Two weeks vaction for managers only, supervisors or leads get nothing . only regional managers or RVP (regional vice presidents) get bonuses mileage reimbursement, and cell thats about it oh dont let me forget only managers get health insurance which is so expensive . worst company stay away!
Medical is a bit expensive for families but I'm thankful to have it. No 401K bonuses are only given to select managers.
It is nice for a company to offer benefit packages, vacation 401k etc. Unfortunately the health insurance is a bit high. Requesting time off is great, managers will work with the request and whatever time that needs to be requested.

Vacation time, PTO, Sick time, Holidays are very hard to come by...the job is enjoyable otherwise if job depends on benefits package, it is not the greatest out there..
No 401 K employee contribution matching. Cheapest insurance is $112 a paycheck, get paid twice monthly. $224 a month for a single person. 3 sick days, 1 week vac action time. Only major holidays off. No bonuses for new business if you are not a sales person. No commission. There was a small Christmas bonus one, year but not the next. They need to keep those going.
