Required Health Fair participation to receive reduced premium
The quality of the program has significantly decreased, raising the cost to employees. Most of this is due to the ACA being implemented, and the insurance company passing the "cost" of covering more people to the people who already had good coverage.
I, hardly ever, need to use Medical Insurance so for me it is a high expense that is not needed.
Good insurance and they offer discounts for non-smokers and healthy people.
Company provides health, dental, and vision. All premiums in my opinion are low and attainable. Company covers yearly check up at no cost to you. Prescriptions medications are extremely low.

Great rates for hourly union employees at Cary, NC plant. Hires after 2012 have some higher co-pays, but still affordable.
The benifits are great with the exceptions of the cotinious rise in medical costs for the employees anually.
