Every day, we continue our founder’s legacy of Kellogg Company being a place where you can grow and develop, where we can each achieve more for ourselves, with a boundless career that shapes the future.
Medical coverage is good. Tuition Reimbursement they have just about done away with.
Kellogg's has a good employee plan. The employees got a discount on company stock purchases, the health care plan was good. I think for my family it was $250.00 a month.
Kellogg treated us good when they let us all go when they went to direct delivery.
expensive insurance but offered lots of options to choose from
BEST - Company provided Health, Life & Med
Vacation is pretty stingy for new hires. I was purchased by the company so I was grandfathered in and had to hear about how much vac I had from peers. They also just eliminated my retirement plan that was lucrative for a basic, less attractive plan.
Benefits are pretty good and they try keeping medical costs down
Decent healthcare benefits (but not as good as what they used to be, I am told). They also offer 401(k), paid training time, overtime, paid holidays, vacations after 1 year.
Kelloggs has amazing bennifits. They match you on what you put in your 401k. Insurance is great. I only had to pay $2 co-pays. Doctor visits co pays were only $20. You can't find benefits like these at very many companies anymore now a days.
every year it seems as though Kellogg's continues to cut a benefit and uses the term we are aligning to other organizations similar to us...
