The health plan is on par with other large CPG's with the leading plan being a high deductible HSA. Beyond that Kellogg's does offer strong total health programming including 12 weeks of maternity/paternity leave as well as robust vacation that includes carryover PTO. They also have a 401K match paired with a discounted stock purchase plan that links together with financial advising services which is very nice to have.
