Ten years three weeks vacation
You get up to five weeks and you can purchase additional time
Adequate for level and position
10 days your first year of vacation, 60 hours of sick time.
Would like to have paid sick time. For the amount of hours we work. And paid or excused time for emergency issues.
Using Vacation & PTO to cover sick days
The change from regular 8 hour shifts to 12 hour shifts means that some people are going to get stuck working holidays who might normally have had that day off. A benefit is that, if you work a 12 hour shift, you can now plan your vacation days so that you actually get several days off during a week simply because they were already your days off due to the AWS.
I had 4 weeks vacation. Not sure how new employees accumulate vacation.
They give the basic vacation time. With all the hours that you put in it should be more.
2 weeks after the first year with the option to purchase an extra week.
