    The change from regular 8 hour shifts to 12 hour shifts means that some people are going to get stuck working holidays who might normally have had that day off. A benefit is that, if you work a 12 hour shift, you can now plan your vacation days so that you actually get several days off during a week simply because they were already your days off due to the AWS.

    If you quit before the year ends and use all your time you have to pay it back. No other company does this practice. When you ask what and proof that you signed this policy they will hold it back from you. #dropkelloggs

    Very frustration to ask for Floating Holidays and constantly be denied. Should not be an advertised benefit. Seems fraudulent.
