There are 3 different options available for contractors:
1. Affordable Care Act health care coverage available for eligible employees. Eligiblilty is determined by the government not Kelly Services and can take up to 11 months
2. Healthcare.gov Marketplace
3. Benefit Alliance Plan through 3rd Party Supplier-Leslie Benefits, which employees can sign up for after their first paycheck and the insurance will go into effect at the 1st of the month
Extremely expensive...pay about 50% of cost.
The benefits are par for the course. They are good if you have nothing else to choose from, but as most companies these days, they are a little on the high side.

The health insurances good as a Blue Cross Blue Shield, but the premium high. I paid $115 for my self plus my kid weekly.
Doesn’t cover much since package is so low
