There are 3 different options available for contractors:
1. Affordable Care Act health care coverage available for eligible employees. Eligiblilty is determined by the government not Kelly Services and can take up to 11 months
2. Healthcare.gov Marketplace
3. Benefit Alliance Plan through 3rd Party Supplier-Leslie Benefits, which employees can sign up for after their first paycheck and the insurance will go into effect at the 1st of the month
Have to pay for health insurance, not included.
Contract employee benefits could be better.
high cost and high copays
Extremely high deductible. Extremely high weekly payments. Horrible service. I dont know anyone is considered having health insurance with this kind of crap insurance

They offer many benefits at different price ranges
They have basic plans for self and family, however they are not high option plans and they are loaded with co-pays and other out of pocket costs
I think their coverage is a step up from the affordable healthcare act insurance.

Very expensive! Contract = expensive benefits
