There is not training the contract company does it and the benefits suck and you dont get them until after youve been working there a year anyway.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Substitute Teacher in Brooksville, Florida

It is convenient and easy to understand. However, I feel there should be some follow-up sessions perhaps every six months.

  • Jan 16, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Current Substitute Teacher in Erie, Pennsylvania

Everything is done online, training and testing. No one to help you if you have questions, but convenient to do on your own time. Con you don't get paid for any of it.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Applecare At Home Advisor in Atlanta, Georgia

The initial job training was decent... it was 2 weeks, but was nowhere NEAR long enough and was both instructor led courses which were primarily "Death by PowerPoint" and a lot of "Self-Guided-Teaching" (SGT's). The way the system is conducted needs a SEVERE revamp and needs to be 2 weeks longer... MAC training after the initial training is absolute garbage. Initial training is passable if you pay attention and have lots of caffeine readily available... any training after that is next to non-existent... I had to TEACH MYSELF the majority of the job.

Poor rating because Kelly does not offer this what ever company you are contracted out to is the one who does the job training in which sponsor company does a great job.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Fort Collins, Colorado

Constant online training, and I had manager that was always available for questions and guidance.

StarStarStarStarStar Former radio tester in Schaumburg, Illinois

they provide full training, which is good thing.

  • Nov 25, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Current Tier 1 iOS Advisor in Tampa, Florida

Job training is what you expect from all other work from home companies, don't take things they promise you to heart though. It's usually made up, and can change at any moment in time.

  • Oct 26, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Current Business Development Representative in Knoxville, Tennessee

You receive more than enough training. Any job "shadowing" will probably be slightly different from manager to manager but there are plenty (some would say too much) of online classes.
