They do not give a benefits package until you have been with the company for a year. It seems like a very long time before you can get covered so that part sucks. If you can stick it out that outlong without needing health insurance, I think its a great opportunity.

Depending on what contract you get you barely get benefits
Health insurance can be purchased at a premium through Kelly Services for coverage that doesn’t meet the minimum requirements by our Government. Plan on purchasing your own plan if you don’t want to get dinged at tax time.
