The biggest downfall to working for Kelly Services is that you don't really get a good benefits package.
Flexible work schedules available. That's it. Raw wage. Technically, there's a holiday pay program, if the plant does not run on that holiday. But the Detroit office has figured out how to make it almost impossible to qualify for it.
There are no benefits and there are none coming. You can't even get paid for holidays or any other time off. Some things may be promised to you to get you to sign on, but they are just stringing you along.
Absolute joke! Company does not care they just want bodies. Worst managenent benifits pay and turnover.
It is the worst for all contractors! We are treated like crap! You have to pay $4,500.00 out of pocket before you get coverage. Are you kidding?!!!
