I have everything I need!
Contractor benefits are getting better
Good insurance but my prescription deductible is higher this year than last. I have to pay $2000 out of pocket before some prescriptions are convered.
2 weeks PTO, 1 week sick time
You should work at least one year before you get the chance for Kelly services benefits. Me personally I have insurance through my wife's job, so I did not really went through the details of what they offer.
No 401k match, 10 days PTO which need to be accrued, couple sick days.
Great company to join. I enjoy the team and the support beyond my program. I am a Contracted Employee so the benefits are not the best; ACA health insurance which you may do better with private coverage and no vacation, sick or paid holiday.
The worst thing is that they tell you that you'll get a basic ACA approved package, which doesn't cover much. Eventually, you will get coverage from an Aetna, but the coverage is very mediocre. It is a PPO and not an HMO, which is good. You have a $5k deductible and it covers 70% at max. You have no vacation or PTO for 1 year, then you will begin accruing PTO. If you leave before using your PTO, you will not get paid for them. They are "use them or lose them", as I was told. The job training is phenomenal and you do get paid for it. It's one of the best things when working for their at-home program.
health insurance is a bit more costly than other companies and copay is high bonus structure is not worth mentioning (1% for a year) holiday pay has restrictions / requirements to obtain
Horrible horrible health insurance. There are literally no benefits to working here on a contract position. Dont even have the decency to give holiday pay for Thanksgiving or Christmas.
