The benefit package hasn't really been something I have looked into. We got documentation about it but didn't really explain much. With the new HealthCare it is usually gone through the marketplace.
Wide range of benefits however you pay the majority for them. Health insurance is expensive if you want full coverage/low deductible.
You do not get paid time off until after the first year. Afterwards you begin to earn time. You can however request time off and it's pretty flexible. The benefits package is ACA complaint and pretty affordable with reasonable deductibles in comparison.
