“Absolutely horrible. Even the insurance company said no one has ever hit the out of pocket cost for the 500 a month it was costing me.”
“You have to work full time for 6 months before you start gaining PTO. After that, you only get 8 hours per month to use as your PTO/Sick time. Again, if you catch COVID and are a necessary onsite worker, they do not compensate/support you whether you are fully vaccinated or not. ”
“The training is nice, but usually filled with outdated information. No one is on the same page hardly ever.”
401k, vacation package, tuition reimbursement, dental insurance & health insurance.
Overall not very good health insurance, expensive and does not cover much.
Great PTO after working there several years
Very limited, not a lot of pto
The benefits offerings are great within Kelly. I appreciate the flexibilty.
Benefits here at least for the Apple Project include: -2-3 paid holidays that you have to work a certain amount of time in total before you qualify to get paid for holidays you'd usually have off - insurance that for yourself and two kids, costs $500 a month, with a required 9-12,000 out of pocket cost until they cover anything at all, including medications and this is only medical, not dental or vision. -PTO use to consist of 5 days PTO per your annual renewal at the company, but then they changed the policy to 2 hours PTO per every 32 hours worked for a maximum of 40 hours per every Jan. 1st, however during All Hands On Deck which includes certain holidays, you are not allowed to request PTO, which would fall at about the time you accumulate the 40 hours. -They also do not accept doctors notes, and HR is not very good at communicating with you via email, and have no way of being contacted via phone. -You are required to check your schedule every day even if you have a set schedule because at any point in time they can choose to remove your PTO that you requested month(s) in advanced that was approved, and have you scheduled to work that day instead of honoring your previously approved PTO, usually for training in a different line of business, however the company is not held to the same standard, of reviewing the employees of the small classes that happen very often, and verifying that they do not have PTO scheduled, as rescheduling you for a different class is something you have to fight for. For an example: This job is mentally taxing, and they only offer FIVE free therapy sessions. People will call, upset, screaming at you, and after 2 years it wore me down, I needed a break so I could stop crying at the start of my shift every day. I had to beg to be moved to a different class because I had requested PTO for mental health reasons that had been approved a month prior, and they still almost denied it. The class had 12 people out of THOUSANDS in the entire company in it.
annual enrollment simple, easy & variety of benefits offered
The health insurance is good
Pay too much for health care; good time off; holidays too limited; mental health provider included
Don’t have any good benefits
