“they are not offered to me”
“Too expensive and the deductibles where too high. ”
The best is that there is a benefits package. The worst I think is there is only one plan to choose from. But over all it's very good.
Best is a health plan that has no max benefit dollars dollars paid out. Worst is base pay and no paid time off
I was rather shocked when I started that I was told they do not pay holiday pay. Many of the temp companies offer holiday pay once you reach a certain number of hours. They never offer vacation and/or paid time off for their contract employees. As a result I lost multiple days of pay during the various holidays I had to take off without pay. They did offer health and other insurance, it was expensive and did not seem to have any employer contribution, apparently they need to offer the benefit, but are not willing to reduce their profitability by helping their contractors.
They had no 401(k) match and no sick days, otherwise it was pretty basic health, dental, and recently I heard vision too.
Expensive medical and dental
Very expensive. Better off going to the exchange.
Good benefits, but expensive. And they don't contribute to 401ks
It's a contracting agency. They have an average set of benefits which are fairly comprehensive including medical and dental insurance.
As a contractor was able to purchase health and dental care. 401k accounts can be opened but no company match provided.
The benefits were HORRIBLE.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
