Company starts everyone with 19 days of PTO and they allow time to be carried over year to year. They should add an employee stack purchase plan.

The best thing is that the company matches up to 5% to 401K contribution. The worst thing is that health insurance is expensive.
The benefits package ate amazing. They have a life insurance that the company pays and another life insurance that is about $15 a month for what I have. There is also medical, dental, vision and a 401k

The best thing about the benefits package at Kemper is that it was comprehensive and fair. It seemed to be well thought out.
