Good benefits for a reasonable price.
Not available to all full time employees
The best thing is that the company matches up to 5% to 401K contribution. The worst thing is that health insurance is expensive.
The benefits package ate amazing. They have a life insurance that the company pays and another life insurance that is about $15 a month for what I have. There is also medical, dental, vision and a 401k
Health insurance costs are a little higher than other companies
Solid amount of vacation time
The best thing about the benefits package at Kemper is that it was comprehensive and fair. It seemed to be well thought out.
The company offers 401 (K) with company match up to 5%, health insurance, Paid Time Off (19 days for 0-4 years of employment, 24 days for 5+ years). The benefit package is good, but not the best compared with other large insurance companies.
The company offers standard insurances but they also offer a few more options that most companies do not.
Benefits have dropped in last 2 years but they are still at least equal to the market if not slightly better.
