The medical is extremely cheap idk what everyone is talking about for me and my baby is only 200 a month and it doesn't matter how many kids you have ! 401k is decent
The benefits package was probably the lowest of the low. The deductibles were outrageously high and they charged a surcharge for smokers - even though they made them clock out to take a cigarette break.
Overpriced benefits that don't cover anything. They also do not offer a discount program so you can afford to pay these expensive benefits. Also just FYI holidays, you have to work before of after your holiday or your not getting paid for it unless you use your vacation to cover those two days. NO SICK time you can use your vacation however it is up to your supervisor discretion meaning you better have a good supervisor because if they don't like you, you will for sure get your vacation denied.
401k 50% match up to 6% of your weekly gross pay. Very expensive medical insurance for a family. Approximately $180-210/ week for not that great coverage

Benefits were pretty standard through out in regards to healthcare and 401k. There are different plans to choose from and start after your probation period, like most companies.
Kenan Advantage seemed to have pretty good benefits compared to other companies.
