So many on job perks
BEST: Unlimited PTO is awesome because you don't have to accrue hours. WORST: No 401k matching or stock options.
Expensive and weak. No go to person for questions Changes every year. Execs so highly paid they are out of touch with the high cost of medical care
Unlimited time off and flexible work timings. Could improve on 401k matching/bonus structure
It's expense and offers minimal coverage and there isn't any one internally understands it well enoughvto offer guidance on how to make it work for you. In two years I've never turned in a claim and hardly went to the doctor. Never to the dentist because they scrutinize your every move even though there is "unlimited vacation. In reality only the managers and the execs take unlimited vacation. We sat in the office all of December and there wasn't a C-level person in sight except for maybe a total of 3 days all month. The same applies for work life balance. And industry standard wages - they tout these things but its only for the six figure salaried execs. The rest of us are monitored like criminals.
For a small startup benefits are solid and improving each year
Unlimited vacation is a great perk of Kenandy. I haven't utilized it much but since I enjoy my work it's not something that I think about much, but having the option is nice in case an emergency comes up I don't feel constrained.
Very good salary, and good equity package - promising!
