Health insurance, 403b matching, standard vacation time and holiday schedule
They're fine...average for the area.
Not great for people looking to start a family compared to other more progressive organizations in DC. They only give you two weeks paid maternity leave and then you need to use your own leave/short-term disability to continue getting paid while caring for your new child. If you don't have enough leave to use up the whole FMLA the rest is unpaid leave.
Inexpensive Medical, Dental, and Vision rates
Very good health insurance, and very affordable. Matching contributions to 403b after first year, and free vision and dental.
Health insurance is GREAT, and employer will contribute up to 5% match to retirement. PTO could be a little better (starting out at 13 vacation days, 10 sick).
Insurance and vacation plan were fine
Good health insurance plus excellent 403b options, with employer matching after a reasonable wait period. Pre-tax transit vouchers available as well.
The retirement package was generous, and the insurance coverage was good. Vacation time is 14 days, with major holidays off.
As an intern, I was not eligible for any benefits. I was technically an employee for the company but I did not receive monetary compensation.
