Great benefits Tuition reimbursement Medical Dental
Decent health insurance options, great 401K set up, forces you to plan for the future from the beginning and provides a decent match. Allows you to add more money annually to the match, which is a great structure.
They provide College reimbursement
Great benefits, pays for college, and help with loans
Best: If you don’t get sick, it only costs $40 a week. If you do get sick, good luck. Worst: They purposely keep people as temps so they don’t have to let them have sick days. They don’t let new hires take sick days for the first 6 months. They don’t pay for sick days for anyone unless a doctor’s note is provided. This results in really sick people coming to work and getting the kids sick.
401k was good, Health Benefits were moderately good Available to employees are: College tuition benefits, Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Account
