High Deductible, but no premium paid out of pocket.
Benefits seem legitimate. 401k available, HSA, FSA, medical, dental, vision insurance all available with direct deductions from paycheck.
They keep the majority of your billable rate for them. I was billing out at $45/hour and they were billing the client for around $120 Yes I understand business economics and overhead. That being said $45/hour + Per Diem + Vehicle is pretty good salary in this economy.
The health insurance at this company is very bad. You have to meet a $3,000 deductible which is horrible. Basically, you have to pay out of your pocket for health care here.
so far i have nothing bad to say about any of it.
The best thing about the package is when you receive OT and Per diem concurrently for the same hours you would do anyways.
