The benefits that Kenny Ross Offered were decent. Though, The health insurance did go up after me being there 5 months. It increased by $25 a paycheck but that was everywhere not just Kenny Ross. The Demo plan was nice where one would be given a brand new car to drive around and Promote Kenny Ross along with saving the wear and tear on ones personal vehicle. Though I did have to pay about $180 a month to drive this car. I was still responsible for keeping the car clean and making sure there was some fuel in it. If one had 2 new car parked demos sitting on the lot, the used car manager would give you a junk trade in car to drive around. These cars were not going to be sold on the lot and were to be wholesaled shortly. I had one small pickup truck where the brake line blew out going home from work one night. Dealer had to come tow it back to the shop. The other left me stranded at gas station for about an hour because the computer wasn't reading the key correctly. Eventually it did start up.
Only match 1% of 401K and the benefits are expensive and don't cover much.
