They give you an educational stipend. Obviously, they also take care health insurance, but the educational stipend can be massively beneficial for people pursuing career growth.
My position was terminated in a reorganization which left me without short-term or long-term disability insurance that I had paid into since beginning with the company. That was disappointing, to say the least.
