The medical is Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. We have found the claims process to be very cumbersome compared to past insurance that I have had with other companies and the premiums are on the high side compared to other corporate insurance that we have had.
Benefits are great! Cost increases have been very minimal and even $0 some years. Paid parental leave and a fun wellness program round out the program!

Kerry has bare minimum benefits that for namesake. For 401K maxed-out at 4.5% company contribution.
