There is no co-pay , you have to pay your bill as you go . Once you meet your high deductible it starts paying 80/20.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Waterbury, Vermont

You had no options and was bad if you had a family. High deductible with HSA, no copay health, and hard to find a doctor in network.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Burlington, Vermont

Typical high deductible plan, no longer offers much in the way of options

Health benefits have sharply declined in the past few years. Was once a fantastic program, now it is a pathetic attempt at pretending they have a health program (mandatory high deductible and does not cover spouse if they have insurance through their work).

  • Aug 07, 2018
StarStarStarStarStar Current Customer Service Representative in Williston, Vermont

high deductible HSA so you have to pay 5000.00 before you get 80/20 coverage.

  • Jul 17, 2018
StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Burlington, Massachusetts

low bi-weekly cost, but fairly high deductible
