Medical Insurance with reasonable deductible.
Health insurance cost is very good. No match on 401k. No 401k until a few years ago.
Good health coverage at a decent price. No employer match on 401k. Raises do not keep pay up with pay at other companies. Four large staff down sizings in the last 8 years.
high premium for medical insurance. 401K - contribution by employer is very low. Sick time is no reimbursed if not used by end of calendar year.
The benefit package was not very good, thank god I was able to be on my spouse plan.
Best is working from home and somewhat flexible schedule. Very friendly management staff that wants to see everyone do well. They offer opportunities to learn and grow within the company.
The hoops you have to jump through to see this doctor in this network but also has to be with this network and then also needs to be AHDI.
work from home, less wear and tear on car. Saves on gas money. Benefits are very minimal
They pretty much suck to say they're third party administer to insurance. High deductible. Low lifetime max for dental-$800. HSA deduction can get costly. I've definitely had better. The Generous vacation & PTO makes up for it and the Work From Home Option.
The pay is decent not too much not too low. I definitely have made more with smaller companies doing less. The health package is a joke. Company 401k matching is a laughing matter. The best part of this is working from home. If this wasn't the case I would not work for the company. There is no tuition reimbursement. No monthly or yearly bonus.
