We know that medical insurance costs keep going up, but the annual increases are all absorbed by the Employee.
We use to get extremely good benefits but just like the management it declines every year. Comparing the two a and it shows the company is only thinking about the bottom dollar not the employee nor his or her health.
The benefits are just below what you would expect from the company. They are not bad, but a C- at best. A good and experienced person could find a better level of benefits at other companies.
None, I did not receive a benefit package becuase I was an intern.
401k was good, medical benefits not so much.
Interns dont' get any benefits. I believe I heard they have strong dental insurance though.
The best thing is the all the different options you can select from.

The best thing is that it covers everything - health, dental, fitness. The worst is that the premiums are relatively high.
