Keypoint offers competitive and comprehensive benefits
There was no best thing working at In total it was not that great and was a very difficult job which I hated
Benefits package was alright, I would say it meets the industry standard. Had dental and vision. The insurance company was Aetna.
They do not spend one lick of time on Human Resources issues; like, a one or two hours of dedicated time in a live setting, not online, faxes, and rejections all while in class with a training overload. No instruction on how to record daily time (one program with logons), and expenses (another program with logons), how to correct errors, etc.
Paid time off is standard and they will usually approve overtime. The human resources department is easy to get in touch with to decide on packages. Company pays for car mileage, tolls, parking, etc.
The company offers full benefits, but most people don't stick around long enough to enjoy any of them.
They have many options for taking time of such as floating holidays PTO and paid holidays even have paternal leave for mother and father
10 PTO vacation, 5 PTO sick, 2 floating holidays
Matching benefits up to 3% on 401K and $200 in HSA
Fairly standard benefit package. About what you'd expect from a decent sized company. 401k, medical, dental, vision, sick days, holidays, nothing out of the ordinary.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
