Best benefits to date. I have a family and we are covered without breaking the bank. The company covers a significant amount of the costs of medical. Also they have some non traditional benefits too.
Great coverage at a high cost.
Best thing: floating holidays. Worst thing: the starting amount of PTO.
Comprehensive package with lots of options and generous employer contributions
Compared to a lot of other contracting companies, the benefits are great. However, as the company expands, the benefits are starting to be reduced and more restrictive.
The Health care costs are reasonable with a good selection of plans.
Beats industry standard in most benefits categories. KeyW invests heavily in its employees.
KeyW honors all government holidays New Year's Day (January 1), Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr. (Third Monday in January), Washington's Birthday (Third Monday in February), Memorial Day (Last Monday in May), Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day (First Monday in September), Columbus Day (Second Monday in October), Veterans Day (November 11), Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday in November), Christmas Day (December 25).
Benefits were great several years ago. As the company has grown from less than 1000 employees to over 2000 employees the benefits have become worse. The biggest changes coming in 2018.
Mediocre now that Len Moodispaw has passed and a new C suite has moved in. Sad that they will be losing highly skilled people come 2018.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
