High deductible plans or Kaiser HMO where available from United HealthCare. Company also contributes to your HSA.
really expensive and few options
Employees have a choice between two high deductible plans an Kaiser.
For the person who never needs to use it, it's IDEAL! the cheapest health insurance I've ever had. And you can invest what you would have normally paid for it, in your account (HSA) that is your untaxed money. HOWEVER, the insurance doesn't do you any favors until you hit a minimum amount (Usually in the thousands, but it's a savings account of your own money). So, if you are a person who needs frequent medical assistance, or have a family than it might not be the best at first.
Subsidized HSA for high deductible plans
a choice of several health plans--PPO or HMO and also a flexible health spending account option
Used to be better, and gets smaller every year.
Due to the cost, I can only afford emergency care.
Reasonable priced with different plan options. Prices increased about $30 per month last year though.
High Deductible means more out of pocket expense for employee.
