Tuition Reimbursement, Health , Disability Insurance
Not applicable to me as I didn't require benefits. From word of mouth, benefit pckgs seemed average cost. Not the best person for advice on this subject.
Full coverage with numerous options
No perks. Benefits do include everything from health to vision, but as a fringe. Other than that, nothing special
The benefits package from Kforce is very satisfying. My health care is very well done, and 401k is a great option.
The insurance packages are middle of the road. They offer the basic coverages for a reasonable cost to the employee. The work life balance is good, and the management does try to keep morale at a high level.
Decent, fairly competitive package. Unexpected health issues can be easier to balance with telecommuting options. HR team helps navigate options.
Good Health Insurance. Basic other packages for similar companies. Overall good but not great.
The insurance is expensive for a family. You will also need to convince them to pay for educational benefits; they may not pay for a training class even when pre-approved.
mediocre Aetna coverage. Not helpful for woman's health or chronic conditions that need regular maintenance
