The Kia Motors America, Inc. 401(k) Plan is open to all eligible team members beginning the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment. You are eligible to receive safe harbor matching contributions on the first day of the month following 6 months of service, with a company match of 100% up to 6% of the salary deferral. Your contribution and match are always 100% vested.
Kia celebrates 13 paid holidays throughout the year, which includes shutdown from December 24 through New Year’s Day.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Kia offers 14-19 days of annualized PTO which accrue on a semi-monthly basis. Amounts based on position level.

Kia Motors America provides an excellent benefit package to its team members. Health and dental insurance is second to none in terms of coverage with no employee financial contribution for premiums. Reasonable company matching contribution to the 401K program. Paid time off and sick days are provided and you will certainly need every one of those day because you are expected to work long hours and have an imbalance in your work-life time. Challenging environment to function within however over achievers and high performers are rewarded...those that are not, not.
For contractor : No paid holidays, No overtime money, No raise even after 1 year , No heads up about the end of project, They don't attend the call when you need some direction or information from them but they keep calling you to submit hours on time.
