Healthcare, dental and vision plans are fully paid - no deduction from your paycheck. In order to keep it that way, they have to keep messing with the copays and deductibles, but it's still nice not to have out-of-pocket costs monthly. Plenty of vacation time, plus the company is closed between Christmas and New Year's.
It’s a great company to work for
Nice employee lease and purchase discount. Good 401k package. PTO is good holiday break during xmas holiday. Medical is paid for by company but copays are on the higher end.
Great store to work for and everyone gets along very well
discount leasing and free auto insurance
Excellent medical and dental plans
Benefits are 100% paid for by the company and the coverage is pretty good. 401K match with a short vesting schedule
extremely limited and almost non existent for a family
Best thing is 6% match in 401K.
Kia offers health, dental, vision, and life insurance (up to 1x your salary) fully paid by the company. It also offers a 401k and special vehicle lease options for employees. Employees start with two weeks paid vacation in their first year and it increases after 10 years. They are closed between Christmas Eve and New Year's Day, but you aren't able to take that time off if you have end-of-month/end-of-year activities to manage. There is a gym at Corporate Headquarters with plenty of machines and weights. There are personal training personnel and classes available around the lunch hour. There is a cafeteria at Corporate, but the food is mediocre at best. Work from home may be available in some departments, but not in all departments.
