Above average benefits available after 90 days for full-time emplyees. PTO time of 10 days per year to start earned from hire date; several paid holidays; health insurance 50% paid for; discount on daycare; FMLA Leave, Military Leave and more
They have benefits but they arent that great. You have to work 40 hours to earn a fraction of your "week" vacation hours. You start earning hours after being there 90 days.
Everything that they put in the handbook you don’t necessarily get to see they’re constantly changing it
Company does not offer benefits at this time but are planning to in the future... if you work there for a year you then start to get pto
Only healthy insurance is provided and you pay 50%
Benefits after 90 days but they are NOT that great. Yes KA pays 50% of health insurance, but the cost is still unaffordable, and the coverage is poor. You cannot insure a spouse or dependants. No dental or vision care. Holiday pay - a measly 5 days per year and you MUST work both the day before AND after the holiday to get the pay, even if you use your PTO time as a scheduled day off. Suree there is a daycare discount, but who can afford $2,000 a month or more for day care in the first place. Required to pay for KA shirts or anything else with the KA log - automatically deducted from your paycheck.
Very expensive insurance and can’t add dependents. No vision or dental. No 401k. No maternity leave pay.
There are no benefits. They had an Aflac rep come once to offer supplemental insurance but there are no other benefits. They also are shady about overtime, entering different hours under different codes so you rarely get any overtime despite being held up for up to 2 hours every shift.
The healthcare and paid time and sick leave is not great
You can apply for health insurance after 90 days of being full time
