The company provided a fair variety, but did not support or offer a 401K, the health benefits were on the high side, compared to other organizations that were larger in size.

Only available if you are a full time staff member and most staff are part time. So it's intended for Directors and Assistant Directors, however, benefit plans are very expensive and not worth buying for what you are paid.

Only 10 days of pto (including vacation and sick days). Expect to work no matter how bad the roads are in the winter.
