Good benefits plan overall. Many different plans to select from to find what best suits your needs. PTO accrual is fair and vacations are encouraged when possible.
There is none to think of
Health ins. benefits are very good, 401k savings plan is very good. Vacation pay is poor if you are a server you will only get paid minimum wage. Many other restaurants now offer their servers much more for vacation pay then the bare minimum.
Wonderful benefits- insurance, 401k, could use more PTO off the bat.

You can stay at any of their hotels for $50 a night. that was my favorite thing
The restaurant side health benefits is off as compared to the hotel side employees.
Reasonable health/dental/vision costs and numerous uncommon benefits, $50 hotel rooms in other fabulous Kimpton properties.
Best - PTO accrual is fair and the extra given floating holiday is nice. The HRA card and Teladoc options within health benefits are great. Worst - health benefits plan is not great for people outside of CA - very limited providers. Co-pays are also high. 401k matching is pennies. Discount at other Kimptons is extremely limited and almost non-existent.
