Straight forward and pretty fair HDHP. If you're the sole person on the plan it's something like $20 a pay check, which is pretty solid. Gets significantly more expensive if you have a spouse and/or kids. Still better than most, but not as good as some others in the oil and gas industry.
The PPO is expensive. But the standard package is already OK if you are healthy.
United healthcare - They really want you to do the high deduct able because it saves the corporation money. Best coverage plan offered premiums increased over 12% last year while cost of living adjustment given was about 2%

Great healthcare. They however will be moving to catastrophic high deductible health care coverage in 2017.
The insurance is great compared to other companies, having kids or issues is never a worry.
As of 2013, healthcare package was very strong. Low premiums. Low deductible. No penalty for having spouse on insurance.
High deductible offers a great option with Health Spending Account.
