KM contributes to the employees 401K plan whether the employee does or not. Vacation and sick leave benefit has been converted to PTO, STD is available after 7 consecutive days of illness.
Company matches 401k, up to just 5%. The good part is that even if you contribute nothing, they still put 5% into your 401k. Paid parking is also nice. The worst part about this company is the lack of ability to telecommute.
