The company is very flexible with time off
It was generous at my location.
After 1 year service, they offer paid time off.
Offers 7 days paid vacation and time off after 1 year
Make sure you use your pto yearly or if you save up multi years and use it, you’ll stop accruing since you’d hit the limit. They took away vacation and sick hours, it’s all pto. You have to input it yourself if you’re sick. And sometimes they input the pay roll early so if you’re sick on a Thursday or Friday you can’t input it and have to send an awkward text to the employer. They’re also not accommodating w taking time off. You can have the day off and they’ll text you to come in.
I had unpaid vacation time before, twice because boss messed up.
The best thing is you get paid the same rate as if you were working those days. The worst thing about vacation and days off is it takes a while to accumulate them
Got more each year employed
Company claims to have "unlimited" vacation. But it all depends on your direct manager. Some people get treated differently than others who work on the same team.
Nothing until you're a year in.
