    They have a tuition reimbursement program which is wonderful. The health insurance isn't that great. You get paid holidays after working 90 days.

    You don’t receive ANY personal, sick, or vacation time until you’ve been with the company a year. So if you’re sick.... you are not getting paid.

    401k and HSA sounded great but the rest of the benefits offered were too expensive that I opted out of everything. Childcare discount is 50% off and is regularly between $800-$1200/mo. depending on child's age. Dental was separate and twice as much without any extra coverage than I was used to paying. Once you sign up you're locked in for a year until re-enrollment. NO paid maternity leave. You have to save vacation time, if you're lucky enough to get that.
