Kindercare provides a ton of benefits - that's one thing I really can't fault them for. That said, I don't get to partake in them much since I don't get paid enough to do things like buy new cars.

They give you a detailed pamphlet right after being hired and you can enroll and everything right online. They will frequently send you notices about enrollment deadlines, changes, opportunities, etc. Lots of options and different benefits.

Unaffordable healthcare options and poor vacation allowance.

No paid time off or sick days until you've been there a year. No paid holidays until you've been there for over 90 days. Medical insurance premiums are very high compared to the small paycheck.

It costs so much that you have to have a second job to afford it!
