401k n health ins not a lot of days off
The benefits package through kindercare is far too expensive for how much employees are actually paid. Most employees were under either Medicaid or their husband's medical insurance because of how expensive it is.
For how little you are paid, its almost not feasible to afford the healthcare they offer. They do try though!
Love the discounts but it could be better. I think the 401k could be higher but I’m bless ti get that offer

You pay for your own health insurance and the plan selection and prices are decent.
Benefits take up about half of your paycheck since you're so low paid, even working overtime. You get a full week of vacation time after a year of employment and paid holidays off.
we were given time off but it was "use it or lose it". A lot of the time you were denied vacation time so you weren't able to use the time you earned. Also didn't like that for a childcare center they did not offer paid maternity leave (even though you are always taking care of others children and they talk about how "family oriented" they are) They also did not allow me to have breaks to breastfeed my children and if I was given the time it was always expressed as an inconvenience or they would see what they could do...my children were in the same center that I worked at.
