Benefits changed frequently and were poor overall. Difficult to achieve authorization and my doctor had to fight at times to get insurance to approve necessary procedures.

31st day attempted to enroll in their health insurance plan online and was not able to, submitted everything they needed for health insurance and still didn't enroll me. On hold for over 30 minutes, then another 30 minutes to get no where.
