    no cons this is a very good thing to have

    You have time off but have to fill in a lot of paperwork that isn’t relevant necessarily with being part time since you can’t accrue PDO to cover your maternity leave.

    It is ok for the women who get pregnant, and their families. Good time off.

    They do offer short term disability which pays 60% of your salary

    They give you 6 weeks off and guarantee you a job for when you come back. IF you have been there at least 1 whole year

    My first pregnancy recieved no benefits except a job when I returned. My insurance only paid for my prenatal vitamins and one ultrasound. I was a full time employee at this time. My second pregnancy I was working 24-32 hrs a wk. Recieved no benefits. My hours where cut to one day a month and eventually cut from the schedule with no hrs. Which resulted in an automatic termination.
