Health-insurance isn't great. I was on my husbands because of the poorly offered plans.

Paid Holidays and decent vacation accrual. I don't use the health insurance provided, but they do offer medical, dental, two vision plans, and an FSA. Just started matching employee contributions up to 4% of salary. Tuition reimbursement of $2500/yr. Most other organizations offer $3000, so definitely not far off. Professional development with continuing education programs.
