“High deductible plans only ”
“Accrued time. Can’t be used unless PRN available and must be used if you are short weekly hours ”
“Limited plans but decent cost monthly premiums”
Benefits are decent, a little expensive but you get discounts for participating in wellness program. Not enough PTO in my opinion and it is earned very slowly.
High deductible plans. No great family plan option.
No 401k contribution is a bummer
Almost $1000 for a family plan
THey had good healthcare benefits and sufficient PTO. Worst is the healthcare savings account people.
The company offers a lot of health insurance choices, but each year the wellness program that gives you discounts on the insurance becomes more demanding.
All benefits available upon initial employment
1% 401k match, days off don't roll over, you only get 8hours per month
Company matches a small portion of 401k contribution
