Your pay is less for vacation because your are not seeing patients.
Good PTO, 15 days a year starting, accrued per pay period. Most managers acknowledge this is the only reward they can give employees in order to keep people and leverage it accordingly. Caps at 200 hours, can lose benefit if not used yearly.
We do get good PTO time, but with staff quitting we might not be able to use it
Offers good amount of PTO
I have longevity with the company so I have a good amount of PTO, however the company has changed how they pay us for PTO so now I only get 20% less pay for each day of holiday or PTO used.
2 weeks PTO initially and you are given all your days starting January 1
Moderate but they adjust things not in your favor behind your back to meet financial goals of company. Sad.
Fair amount of PTO. And increases year over year.
I think for 1 year employment you will get a 1 week vacation
average- they expect you to be on call all holidays and weekends
