    Besides the PTO accrual rate being frozen, they cancel (flex) full-time and part-time staff causing short paychecks, which necessitates us to use our PTO to pay our bills.

    Can anyone tell me if Kindred pays out PTO if you resign? I have never worked for a company that makes it so hard to find anything out regarding policies.
