“Graduating number of hours for PTO as you continue to work at Kindred”
Great people abs staff love it gere
Health ins, pto, training, and growth
Average benefits package, nothing special
Their 401K match is terrible
No real match on 401k.
401k match is virtually non-existent, and contributions limited to 4% for HCEs.
Its ok for what it is.
Health insurance is expensive for the level of coverage you are offered. The benefits package in general is very poor.
Insurance is so-so. STD is 40%. And you need to put up 2 weeks of PTO first. Not many ppl have 2 weeks of PTO saved up when you only average 3 weeks a year for your 1st 5 yrs Professional development is a nice benefit but they limit you to what you can buy each year- so I’m sure a hefty amount goes back in their pockets
Really great company and really great benefits is
