“Worst = Very limited network”
“Graduating number of hours for PTO as you continue to work at Kindred”
“Limited plans but decent cost monthly premiums”
Great benefits. 401k, health, and dental. Not to mention other options.
This is a good place to work.
They were generous with PTO. Would give extra time around Christmas.
Great commodity please apply to the next role
Looking for ideas for a slight "career change". I can't stand working bedside/acute care nursing anymore, officially burnt out. Does anyone have any experience with informatics based nursing jobs, or clinical documentation specialist positions? EMR auditing? Remote jobs? Pros/cons? Do you find there are part time positions available? I don't have my masters just my BSN/RB, nor do I plan on going back for my masters, would possibly consider a certification if really necessary.
PTO accumulation is fairly liberal, but the health/vision/dental plans are atrocious.
Health ins, pto, training, and growth
Great people abs staff love it gere
Average benefits package, nothing special
Their 401K match is terrible
401k match is virtually non-existent, and contributions limited to 4% for HCEs.
