Just average medical benefits. Employee portion of premium is higher than average.

The package had lots of options but at the end of the day the coverage was TERRIBLE and horribly overpriced. I paid $800 per month to cover my spouse and myself on the middle tier plan. We had health, vision, and dental only. The insurance didn't cover anything until we paid $2000 out of pocket and even then it only covered 80%. The prescription coverage was so poor I often used Good RX instead because it was cheaper. Vacation and sick time were combined for admin staff and the company gave roughly 2 weeks per year.

Price is a Pro the con is you have to a health program during year to keep discounted prices

They have a pretty good benefits package except the pharmacy plan

StarStarStarStarStar Current case manager in Las Vegas, Nevada

I like the variety of going to several places but it is a lot of wear and tear on the car. Mostly I drive 500 miles a week for visits.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Home Health Specialist in Bowie, Texas

For a company this size and with all of the acquisitions and/or mergers you would think that it would be almost free or have very little out of pocket and that's not the case.

StarStarStarStarStar Former A/R Collector in Overland Park, Kansas

Expensive, but there are worse out there.

  • Oct 30, 2018
StarStarStarStarStar Current Account Executive in Seattle, Washington State

No real middle ground. You either have high premiums and low monthly or low premiums and high monthly. Decent coverage but still not the best considering it’s a healthcare company.

  • Oct 13, 2018
StarStarStarStarStar Current Intake Specialist in San Francisco, California

The high plan Kaiser is excellent.
