Constant changes in yearly deductible. Does offer a match on 401k. Other than that benefits are fine for industry standards.
Overall very good benefits as far as how much they offered and vacation, etc. I just felt that the insurance plans were very expensive with very high deductibles. Luckily I was able to get insurance with my spouses company which was over $300 less per month and had half of the deductible.
I had enough time in theory BUT: 1) when census is low you are asked to use your vacation time to “fill in” the short hours for the week. 2) when asking for time off you can only get approved for a day off when nobody else in your discipline is off. This can make actually taking the time difficult. Especially when we HAVE PRN staff that can be used.
