Best part- They had SOMETHING for vacation and sick time. Worst part- Vacation and sick time were combined, hours accumulated VERY slowly.
Not enough time accrued for vacation/sick, etc. it’s all bunched together
You get plenty of time
Normally you receive 20 days of combined vacation, sick leave, etc... which the company refers to as PTO. Some managers respect that you need it when you request it and some do not and will deny a request.
15 days, increased in 5 years. Possibly may change due to the recent purchase from Humana and 2 Private Companies.
Two weeks PTO right off the bat with an increase every year. No mental health days. Not the best considering the competition and PTO packages in the job market today.
Grandfather PTO is excellent, new employee is average.
Sick days and Vacation days are all included into one. 15 PTO days annually for the first 5 years.
New hires offered 2 weeks
You only get 3 hours of PTO per pay period. It’s awful!
