The county pays 100% of the premiums for the employee, and usually for the spouse, too. On my last doctor's visit this summer, I didn't even have to pay a copay.
Employer paid and good selection of plans and support of medical options
Overall the coverage is great. Low medical deductible, generous vision coverage, FSA pays quickly, dental plan covers nothing (dental office is still trying to get payment from 2016).
You have choices of which plan you'd like to use. No extra cost to Employees. I'm happy with the insurance so I really can't complain.

Offers a better. more widely accepted plan than Boeing.
No co-pay. Low deductible. 800.00 dollar max pay out for primary card holder. Most doctors in the greater Seattle and surrounding areas are in the plan.
