Benifits are pretty decent. The do match your 401k 6%
No benefits, as many associates are PT or seasonal.
Best: free park admission free parking 10% off all products sold in the park excursive employee appreciation events(parties)(very frequent) getting to travel to parks around the country for almost free!!!! Worst: the farmers tans to be completely honest was the worst thing about the job
Some of the company perks included a 10% discount on all food and merchandise and after a certain amount of shifts (depending on which section of the park you work in i.e. rides, food and beverage, etc) you get a certain amount of free tickets that you can give to anyone. Also, there is a place called the Canteen where employees can buy discounted food (a basket of fries are like $0.90)

benefits include getting into the park for free while you work there (when ur not scheduled to work). a few free tickets after 28 or so shifts. grtc bus to kings dominion is $3 instead of $5 (each way). associate canteen to buy food for way cheaper than it is than in the overpriced park. a locker. associate nights and trips. 10% or so discount on mercendaise, free dinosaur alive.
