Benefits are, and always have been, great. Company works diligently to lower costs at every opportunity.
Decent insurance and most is paid by employer
Management 'throws people under the bus' . Bonuses based on goals set by Management. Goals unrealistic.
Pros -Matching 401k (up to a point) -Some company paid events: movies, game day, holiday party. -Dental, Health, and Vision provided (at minor cost) Cons -Bonus program is a joke. CEO will promise one thing and then not deliver -Insurance is just ok.
They have health, dental and vision. They have some 401k options.
Their employee matching for 401 could be better. The PTO is one pool and there is no separation from sick days and vacation days, causing people to come in sick and spreading germs.

We usually get a week off between Christmas ad New year. That's good. The health insurance is ok with medical, dental and vision. 3 weeks of PTO upon hiring and increase up to 5 weeks in 8 years, no sick days.
We usually get a whole week off between xmas and the new year. That's good. Everything else is just ok. The 401K matching is ok for a small company like this. PTO is sufficient, not great. No sick days.
