Excellent health care plan, but the employee must pay a portion each month.
Four plan options for staff members, with varying premiums dependent on plan type and salary range. There are two HSA qualified plans where Kirkland contributes $$ to your HSA, and two PPO plans.
PPO only is offered with different deductible/premium formulas. It seems ok.
Company has raised employee premiums 9-14% every year in an attempt to get more people into a Health Savings Account. Considering that Kirkland is one of the most profitable law firms in the world, it strikes many of us as greedy to keep pushing costs onto the employees.
Health Insurance is excellent.
Expensive monthly payment. Firm paid very little for you.
Best in the business for healthcare.
